John Kish died Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Care One in East Brunswick. He was 91. Born in New Brunswick he resided in New Brunswick before moving to East Brunswick in 1952.
Prior to retiring in 1980, Mr. Kish was a truck driver for PSE&G in New Brunswick for 30 years. He was also a custodian for East Brunswick High School for 10 years. He was a US Army Veteran of World War II, participating in the June 6, 1944 Invasion of Europe. He was awarded the Bronze Star.
Mr. Kish is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Doris E. Collier Kish of East Brunswick; a son John R. Kish and his wife Sharon of East Brunswick, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, at 10:00 AM, at The BRUNSWICK MEMORIAL HOME, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick.
