Marion E. Orlofsky

AGE: 82 • Barnegat

Marion E. (Carrajat) Orlofsky, 82, of Barnegat, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013. She was born and raised in Jersey City and attended Dickenson High School in Jersey City. Marion then worked as a secretary on Wall Street and various other jobs, but her pride and joy came from raising her 2 daughters, Dr. Sandra Orlofsky-

Zalinsky of Spring Lake, (husband Dr. Thomas Zalinsky) and Susan Orlofsky-Anstett of Severna Park, MD (husband Steve Anstett and children, Robert Anstett and

Zachary Anstett). Prior to moving to Barnegat, Marion spent most of her life in Brick. She enjoyed bingo, shopping, yard sales, roller skating, NJ Giants & Brick Twp. HS football. Most of all her other pride and joy: her 2 grandchildren, Robert Anstett and Zachary Anstett. Marion is predeceased by her parents, Bertha and Julius Carrajat; siblings, Lester, Wesley, Harold, Alma, Thelma and Gloria. She leaves one sister, Harriet Milne, Jackson; her beloved dog, Yogi, many nieces, nephews and relatives. Marion was and is loved by all who truly know her. She leaves a huge hole in the hearts of her children and family.
