Purita Yap Obituary
AGE: 79 • Carteret
Purita Yap, 79, formerly of Carteret passed away Saturday, Feb 25th in Roseville California. Born in the Philippines she has lived in California for many years. She was a homemaker. Purita was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church, Carteret.
Purita is predeceased by her loving husband Alejandro Yap in 1990. She is survived by her children Art Yap and his wife Mila, Belinda Urcia and her husband Don, Conrad Yap and his wife Ida, Dorothy Criswell and her husband David, a brother Adriano, eight grandchildren Goeffrey, Alex, Christian, Dana, Mark, Conrad Jr., Sandra, Andrew, four great grandchildren Joshua, Gian, Kalissa, and Kayla.
Funeral services will be held Friday 9:00pm from the Chubenko Funeral Home, 625 Port Reading Ave., Port Reading followed by a 9:30am Mass of Resurrection from St. Joseph R.C. Church, Carteret followed by entombment at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge. Visitation will be Friday 5:00pm to 9:00pm at the funeral home.
