Rosalie "Ricky" Bayroff Frank, 95, of Highland Park, NJ died on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at the home of her daughter. Born in Bayonne, Mrs. Frank resided in Ocean Township for over 50 years. She maintained a home in Delray Beach, Florida before recently returning to New Jersey. She had been employed as a teacher for the Belmar Board of Education for many years before retiring. Her home and her heart were always open. She was fun and funny. She lived her life without complaint; her glass was never less than half full. Ricky was an expert dancer, and found comfort in big band music even until the last moments of her life.

Surviving are her daughters, Carol Frank of Elizabeth, Cathy Frank and her husband Chris Kilbride of Island Heights, Charlene Frank of New York City and Meryl Frank and her husband Steve Gabel of Highland Park; her sister-in-law, Roslyn Klein of Pompano Beach, FL and her six grandchildren, Marc Guidetti, Ryan Kilbride, Isaac, Eli, Eve and Belle Gabel-Frank.
