Walter was warm and welcoming when I first started at Coldwell Banker, his sense of humor frequently popped out from that quiet, gentle manner. He enjoyed teasing my husband Roger, about his teenage years, when Roger frequently camped on his floor. We're both very sorry to hear of his passing and have very warm memories of him.

Walter...what a great guy. I had the pleasure of working with Walter for a number of years at Coldwell Banker. A kinder, gentler person you will not find!
