AGE: 83 • Princeton

Kathryn M. Flynn 83, passed away on Tuesday, February 18 at home, surrounded by her family and beloved pets. Kathryn was born and raised in New York City. She attended P.S 52 grammar school and went to high school at Bronx Science. She married the love of her life, Edward J. Flynn on October 25, 1951. She worked at NY Bell to support her family while Ed served in the Korean War. Kathryn was always active in church activities, and was most recently a communicant of St. Augustine of Canterbury in Kendall Park NJ. Kathryn lived her life with tremendous enthusiasm. In 1987, at the age of 57, she formed her own successful business - Corridor Answering Service. Her love for her family was immeasurable, as was her kindness towards those less fortunate. Over the past six years, her loving and endless care for her husband set an example for all.

Kathryn is pre-deceased by her husband Edward, her parents Florence and John Garibaldi, and her brother John H. Garibaldi. She is survived by her 7 children: Janis and her husband Alfred , Marie and her husband Mark , Jeanne and her husband Ira, Edward and his wife Kathleen, Grace, Thomas and his wife Jody, William and his wife Dana; 13 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Marie Valesio of Spotswood, and 9 nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Sunday February 23 from 2-4 and 7-9 at M J Murphy Funeral Home, 616 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction, N J. The Funeral will be on Monday February 24 at 10 AM. At St. Augustine of Canterbury RC, 45 Henderson Rd, Kendall Park N.J. Entombment will be at St. Peter's Cemetery, 94 Somerset Street, New Brunswick N.J. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to , 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105
