AGE: 90 • North Brunswick

Mr. Theodore T. (Teddy) Miller died April 4th 2014 at home surrounded by his family, he was 90. Born in Elizabeth to Joseph and Anna Miller, Ted was a lifelong resident of North Brunswick. Ted proudly served his country in the United States Navy in both World War II and the Korean War. He worked as a Machinist for Mack Truck in New Brunswick and then for the US Postal Service before retiring in 1989. Ted was parishioner and past president of the Holy Name Society of St. Josephs Roman Catholic Church in New Brunswick. He was a life member of the VFW Post 25, American Legion Post 401, and the Elks lodge. The world is a better place because of Ted's devotion to his faith, service to his country, and commitment to his family and friends. His values of honesty, compassion and generosity were evident to all who knew him.

Ted was predeceased by his wife, Patricia MaryAnn (Flynn) Miller, his parents, Joseph (Lyszczarz) Miller and Anna (Ruszala) Miller, brothers, Edward, Joseph, Brunic, Paul, Ignac, and Alexander Miller, and a sister, Teresa Meszaros. He is survived by his children, Joann and Alan Watts of Bend, Oregon, Theodore Miller and Terres Dimitri of Interlaken, Amy and Stephen Bruzzano of South Brunswick, Thomas and Linda Miller of Jackson, 8 grandchildren, Benjamin and Morgan Watts, Dillon and Jordan Bruzzano, Thomas, Joseph, Kevin, and Patrick Miller, and a sister Anna Pesciotta.

Funeral services will be 9:00 AM Friday from Selover Funeral Home, 555 Georges Road, North Brunswick followed by a 10:00 AM Mass at St. Augustine of Canterbury Church in Kendall Park. Interment will follow in Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown. Friends and relatives may call at the funeral home Thursday from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
