Stanley Chester Michalowski

AGE: 63 • Manville

Stanley Chester Michalowski, 63, entered into eternal life on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville where he was born to the late Chester and Elizabeth (Wass) Michalowski. Stan had resided in Manville his entire life.

Stan was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps having faithfully served his country. He was employed by John Henry Packaging where he was a supervisor of printing and packaging. Stan enjoyed fishing in his off time and was a communicant of Christ the Redeemer Roman Catholic Church in Manville.

Besides his parents, Stan was predeceased by his sister Joyce Voytek. Stan is survived by his devoted siblings; Elizabeth Bocchino of Hillsborough, Rosemarie Duffala and husband Joseph of Lavallette, NJ., and Roger Michalowski and wife Susan of Asbury, NJ. He will be deeply missed by his nieces and nephews; John, Mark, Lisa and Keith Bocchino, Diane, Donna, Dawn and Dina Duffala, Alyssa Michalowski and Michelle, John and Kelli Voytek.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, Manville, NJ 08835 on Friday, May 23, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2014 beginning 8:30 a.m. from the funeral home followed by a 9:00 a.m. funeral liturgy at Christ the Redeemer Roman Catholic Church in Manville, (formerly Christ the King Roman Catholic Church), followed by committal words at Somerset Memorial Park in Basking Ridge.
