Carolina T. Pepe, 57, died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at the Elms of Cranbury. Born in New Brunswick, she resided in North Brunswick and East Brunswick before moving to Cranbury 13 years ago. She worked in customer service at RFB&D Learning through Listening in Princeton for the past eight years. Prior to that, she had worked at BMI Educational Services in Dayton and Sherwood Medical Industries in North Brunswick. She volunteered as Docent at Cranbury Museum for several years, and was a past president of the Homeowners Association where she lived. She was a communicant of St. Anthony of Padua RC Church, Hightstown.
She was predeceased by her parents, Antonio G. Pepe in 1983, and Lucy M. Perrone in 1996. Surviving are two brothers, Simone Joseph Pepe of Jackson, and Giovanni Pepe of North Brunswick; two nieces, Jacqueline and Veronica, and a nephew, Antonio.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 6:30 PM in the Rezem Funeral Home, 457 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick. Cremation was private. For information, directions, or to send condolences to family, visit
