Thomas M. Regan, 75, of Leonardo died on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010 at his residence in Leonardo. He was a financial specialist with Ernst & Young Financial & Accounting Firm in Lyndhurst for 30 yrs., retiring in 1989. He was a communicant of St. Agnes RC Church, Atlantic Highlands and assisted with accounting services for the Church. He was a veteran, who served in the US Army from 1955-1958. He was born in Queens, New York City, NY, resided in Brooklyn, NY before moving to Leonardo, NJ in 1971.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Patricia Hanrahan Regan; two sons, Kevin Regan at home, Brian Regan of Pamona, KS; two daughters, Laura Clancy of Wall Twp., Carol Russo of Howell; one brother, William Regan of Buffalo, NY; six grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Michael & Mary Regan; two sisters, Eileen Dean & Nancy Keating.
Funeral Services on Tuesday at 11AM from Posten's Funeral Home, 59 E. Lincoln Ave. at Central Ave., Atlantic Highlands, NJ. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the funeral home on Tuesday morning from 10 to 11AM. Interment services at BG Wm C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery are private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Assoc., 2550 US Hwy #1, North Brunswick, NJ. Messages of condolences may be e-mailed to and will be received by the family.
