Kevin V. Blash

AGE: 40 Medford Lakes

Kevin V. Blash, of Medford Lakes, passed away Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at home. He was 40. Born in Edison, Kevin was known for his love of traveling, animals, and country music. He especially loved sports and was an avid NY Jets and NY Mets fan. Kevin had also coached baseball and T-Ball in his free time and always cherished the time spent with his family and friends.

Son of the late Edward Blash; he is survived by his wife of over 13 years, Christy; a daughter, Kaylee; his mother, June Blash; a brother, Ray Blash (Cathy); two sisters, Cyndi Doherty (Gary), Jacqui Butkiewicz (Edward); his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Bert and Connie Jones; a sister-in-law, Kara VanNorden (Tad); a brother-in-law, Craig Jones (Gina); numerous nieces and nephews; and his best friend, Anthony Cascarelli.

Friends may call from 9 a.m. Friday, Feb. 18 until the memorial service at 11 a.m. at the Perinchief Chapels, 438 High St., Mt. Holly. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up for Kaylee's education, please contact Christy for details. (www.perinchief.com)
