Inhong Hur, 65, of Oakhurst, Ocean Township, died Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. He was born in Kaesung, Korea and came to the United States in 1977 living in Baltimore before moving to New Jersey in 1979. He was a mechanical design engineer at Cooper Notification in West Long Branch for 28 years before retiring in February of this year. He received a Masters degree in Music from Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and served in the U.S. Army for 7 years. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Oakhurst and a member of the Rolling Thunder Motorcycle Club in Forked River.
He was predeceased by his mother, Kum Bok Lee Hur. Surviving are his wife, Soon Koh Hur; daughters, Elizabeth and Katherine Hur; father, Nam Sik Hur; brother, Sun Myong Hur and sister, Jung Sook Min.
