On August 22, 2013, God called our beloved son and brother to his heavenly home. David was born in New Brunswick to Zenaida Guadalupe and David L. Rice on February 18, 1983. He was raised in Plainsboro then later South Brunswick NJ and was the eldest of three children to Zenaida and Philip Campbell Jr. He leaves to mourn his parents, grandmothers, a loving sister Courteney E. Campbell, three brothers Philip A. Campbell III, Brandon Rice and Jaiden Rice. David was a devoted and dedicated brother to his younger siblings. David accepted Christ and was baptized in 1998 at Mount Olivet Baptist Church in Hightstown, New Jersey. David was a graduate of South Brunswick High School and attended Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. During his matriculation at Hofstra, he was accepted into the Financial Advisor Associate Training Program for Northwestern Mutual in New York City. This was the start of his career in Finance and desire to work as a stockbroker on Wall Street. He worked as a Commodities Broker for Rockwell Securities in New York City, later as a Mortgage Broker for Platinum Financial Resources in Jersey City, New Jersey. Most recently David had the opportunity to work as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch in Princeton. David was an enthusiastic young man with a fun and loving spirit. He enjoyed fishing, sports, music, fast cars and most of all laughing.

David leaves to mourn many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of relatives and friends. He will truly be missed.

Family and friends may call at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 5-8pm. On Wednesday, August 28, 2013, family and friend may gather at the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, Somerset Street, (Rt. 27), Somerset, NJ from 10-11am. Funeral Service at the church will begin at 11am. Interment at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick, NJ.
