Iva Claire Conrow Wilson of Point Pleasant, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014 at the Laurelton Village Care Center, Brick. Born in Atlantic City, NJ she lived in Atlantic City, New Brunswick and Freehold, NJ before moving to spend her winters in Greenacres, Florida and summers in Lakewood, NJ. Claire was a graduate of Atlantic City High School. Upon graduating high school she served in the Women's Army Corp. Claire worked as an administrative secretary in the Egg Harbor Township School System and had many positions while working for many years with "Ma Bell" the New Jersey Bell Telephone Company. Upon retiring she moved to Pine Ridge Community, Greenacres Florida. She was an active member in the Pine Ridge III Condo Association, Saint Andrew's Church, Lake Worth, Florida and a was a volunteer for many years at the JFK Medical Center, Atlantis, Florida.

She is predeceased by her husband, Josiah Arthur; parents, Leon and Grace Conrow and her brother, Leon. Grammy Claire will be missed by her sister, Anna Rowan of The Villages, Florida; daughter, Cheryl A. Wilson; daughter and her husband, Karen and James Hoffmaster of Point Pleasant; granddaughter, Molly and her extended family of grandchildren, Mike and Paola Hoffmaster of Voorhees, NJ, Kerry and Frank Jones of Point Pleasant, Becky and Chris Muraglia of Point Pleasant and Katie and Sandro Barbieri of Brick and all the little great grandchildren, Madison, Kyle, Jack, Sam, Jordan, Jessenia, Gabriella, Luke, Jake, Tyler and Isabella.

Friends are invited to gather for a memorial service on Sunday, October, 5, 2014, from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Highway 88, Brick. A funeral service will begin at 4:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Paige Muraglia Memorial Scholarship Fund c/o Point Pleasant High School Panther Path, Point Pleasant, NJ.
