Howard V. Towle

AGE: 81 • formerly of Fanwood, NJ

Howard V. Towle, age 81 lived most of his life in Fanwood, NJ and died Tuesday, May 17th in West Chester, PA.

He is survived by 4 sons, Howard, Jr. of Moncure, NC, Michael of West Chester, PA, John of Roosevelt, NJ, and James of Bridgewater, NJ. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and Adele Towle.

Mr. Towle had been a Right-of-Way manager with New Jersey Bell before retiring many years ago. He was a 1957 graduate of Seton Hall University, a member of the International Right-of-Way Association and the Telephone Pioneers of America, and a volunteer fireman. He owned and operated small businesses in his retirement and was a veteran pf the U.S. Army.

A memorial service will be held at the Chapel of Brigadier General William C. Doyle Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562 on June 3rd at 11:30AM. Memorial contributions may be made to Veterans and Animal Welfare at PACT for Animals, PO Box 590, Gladwyne, PA 19035 or www.pactforanimals.org. To all the Towle family I am so sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of the man and for all his hospitality in allowing me as a guest in your home on my annual visits. The man was always welcoming and gracious with me and I have many memories of you all that I cherish.
