MASON — William Wayne "B-Ball" Allensworth, 52, of Mason, WV, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013. Wayne was born on November 18, 1961, at Pleasant Valley Hospital to Charles R. and Caroline "Patty" (Bennett) Allensworth. Wayne graduated from Wahama High School, Class of 1980 and was a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran along with working seasonally at the Clements State Tree Nursery at Lakin, WV.
Wayne loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter, fisherman, and trapper during his lifetime. He also loved sports and supported Wahama, Cincinnati Reds, Miami Dolphins and the Michigan Wolverines. (Don't even mention Ohio State around him). Wayne is survived by his mother at home, brothers and sisters-in-law, Chuck ( Linda) Allensworth, Jr. of Groveport, OH, Carl (Maria) Allensworth of Marion, OH, and Mike (Shelly) Allensworth of Mason, WV; sisters, Debbie Allensworth Of Mason, WV and Brenda (Mike) Warner of Grove City, OH; along with many nieces, nephews, a great-niece, and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles R. Allensworth, Sr. and sister, Tammy Allensworth. The family would also like to thank all friends, acquaintances, hunting buddies and sports teammates who were a part of Wayne life over the past 52 years.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Foglesong- Roush FH in Mason, WV.
Funeral service will be Sunday, December 15, 2013, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Charles Hargraves officiating. Burial will be at Kirkland Memorial Gardens.
