Carol Sue Belcher, 55, of Point Pleasant, W.Va., passed away at her home with her family at her side on August 7, 2013. She was born March 3, 1958, in Dougherty, Ga., a daughter to the late Volney Mercer, and Earldean Creel of Xenia, Ohio. She was a restaurant worker.
She is preceded in death by Volney Mercer, father; Dennis "Spanky" Goldsbury, fiance; Ricky Stubbs, brother; Antigone Rutter, granddaughter; and many loved ones.
She is survived by Earldean Mercer, mother from Xenia, Ohio; Craig Belcher and Angel McKinney of West Columbia, W.Va.; Daniel Belcher of Camp Conley, W.Va.; and Leona Neutzling also of Camp Conley; and grandchildren, Cager, Chase, Errand, Jorja Belcher, Tiffany McKinney and Dakota Belcher, Anthony "AJ" Neutzling and Tanner "Bug" Neutzling, as well as eight brothers and sisters from both Ohio and Georgia; and special friends, Peggy Wood, Kim "Pest" Swalley, Lisa Weaver, and many many others.
At her request there will be no service or visitation. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
