DUNBAR — Sue Davis, 84, of Dunbar, died Saturday December 7, 2013 after a long illness. She was born in Mason County and grew up in Point Pleasant.

She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, Don W. Davis; parents, Virginia and Harry Black; and brother, Warren Black.

Surviving are daughters, Pamela Davis Beam and son-in-law, Marty of Huntersville, N.C., Carol Brown of Portsmouth, Ohio, Linda Donohoe and son-in-law Jerry of Scott Depot; son, John Carpenter and daughter-in-law, Jenny of Lakeland, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

A special thank you to Dr. Arvind Viradia of Cross Lanes and his staff for their personalized care of Sonora for many years.
