Agnes Ann "Terry" Bordelon, 70, of Fruitland Park, Fla., passed away Monday, May 13, 2013.
Mrs. Bordelon was born on Sept. 30, 1942, in Weehawken, N.J., to the late Eugene and Florence (Lilly) Farrell. She moved to Fruitland Park in 2001 from Kingston. She worked in the Waterfront Inn in The Villages, Fla., as the night auditor.
She was of the Catholic faith. She loved her family and grandchildren, gardening and caring for others, being involved as the president of Lake Griffin Isles Social Club for several years, as well as helping with Vietnam veterans and muscular dystrophy.
She was preceded in death by her son, Keith J. Horton; and sisters, Ann Tringali and Mary Farrell.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Manganello, Pennsylvania, and Teriann Horton, Florida; son, Kevin Horton, New Jersey; sisters, Catherine Stevens, Massachusetts; Margaret Saredy, Florida, and Eleanor von Taborsky, North Carolina; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
Terry Bordelon's family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday in the Banks/Page-Theus Chapel with a wake service beginning at 6 p.m. Interment will be in Paramus, N.J.
