Harold Wollenschlager Obituary

Harold "Hal" Wollenschlager, 82, of The Villages, Fla., and formerly of Normal, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2011.
He was born and raised in Farmer City.
He served in Germany with the U.S. Army and retired from Eureka as an Engineer after 43 years of service. After retiring in 1995, Hal and his wife Hallie moved to The Villages, Fla.
In The Villages he was an avid golfer, enjoyed reading, spending time with friends and his two dogs, Missie and Jazzy.
He is survived by his wife, Hallie; daughters, Ann Bierbaum of Pinehurst, N.C., Sabre Wedeking of Castle Rock, Colo., and Deanika Schnierle of Bloomington; son, Dan Wollenschlager of Fayetteville, N.C.; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
