Our friendship was a long, long blessing: We first met when she was in First Grade and I was in Third Grade at Center Plains country school. We rode horses in Summer time and swam in the big tree lined pond on her parents' farm. For 80 years we stayed in touch, sharing happy events and also days of sorrow.
I am so grateful for God's beautiful blessing called Nida. I shall miss her, but she won't be far away: I can find her in Proverbs 31.

Sweet Nida! We raised our daughters together, worshipped together and ate many nachos together. The world was a better place because of her. I loved her dearly.

Nida! Want a lady!! Eloquent yet made you feel comfortable. Respected because she held the bar high. Kind and godly in all respects. Honored beause she deserved it. And humorous because she had a mate that loved a good joke. Someone special needs to carry on her fine example. Many lives have been touched and blessed! Our memories are forty two parties (and hot sauce), church, and eating out.

Our condolences and love to each of you

My Aunt Nida was always so kind and sweet. We have many memories of times together in their home enjoying delicious food she and Johnny made together. It was always a fun and noisy time playing games with each other. I know God has her in His loving arms now....she will be singing with the angels.
