Bonnibel Quisenberry Bonnibel Quisenberry, 81, of Plainview, passed away on March 25, 2016. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, March 28, 2016, at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors from 4-5:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 27, at Lemons Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the care of Lemons Funeral Home. Bonnibel was born on April 28, 1934, in Olton, Texas to Henry Cowart and Irene (Dayton) Cowart. She married Claude Thomas Quisenberry on Nov. 9, 1952, in Clovis New Mexico. They were married until his passing on May 19, 1996. Bonnie graduated from Plainview High School in 1952. She attended Business College and later became a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Once she raised her children, she began her career. She worked for over 25 years as an LVN having been employed at Central Plains Regional Hospital for over 10 years, Care Inn of Plainview for over 4 years and Hale Center Hospital for over a year. She also worked as a Hospice caregiver for over 4 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Bonni loved working crossword puzzles and was often teased because she was bold enough to work them with a pen! She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Claude, and one sister, Patricia Summers. Survivors include three daughters, Tracy Motes and husband David and Patty Quisenberry, all of Abilene, and Kristy Drews of Caddo Mills, Texas; one brother, Elmo Cowart and wife Fritzine of Plainview; five grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
