Lucile Mae Rusk, 91, of Francesville passed away Sunday, Feb. 23, 2014, at Parkview Haven in Francesville, Ind.
Lucile was born Jan. 20, 1923, in Rensselaer, the daughter of Edna (Dewey) and Sherman Biggs. She was a 1941 graduate of Rensselaer High School.
On Oct. 16, 1946, in Rensselaer, she married Harold H. Rusk who passed away July 23, 1975.
Lucile was a former Helen Reynolds Skater. She retired from Northway Products in Rensselaer after 20 years in quality control. Lucile was a past member of the Women of the Moose
Surviving are her children, Jade (Gil) Smith of Shell, Wy., Mary Hoover and Joan (Mack) Wireman, both of Francesville, and Anita (Brian) McMillin and Rhonda Milner, both of Knox, Ind.; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Florence Parkinson of Battle Creek, Mich.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her former husband, Harold; one daughter, Sharyn Kennedy; two sons, Garold Rusk and David Rusk; three brothers; and two sisters.
Friends may call Saturday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Jackson Funeral Chapel of Rensselaer. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 1, at noon at the Jackson Funeral Chapel with Robert Rawlins officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Rensselaer.
