Causey, Jesse - Myrtle Beach  
Jesse J. Causey Sr. July 7, 1939 - November 21, 2014 Myrtle Beach Jesse went home to be with the lord. He was born in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, to the late Nathan Causey and M.E. Milligan Causey. He was preceded in death by his wife Lorene McCoy Causey. He is survived by his three sons: Jesse Causey Jr., Kevin Causey, and Terry Causey. And by his three daughters: Connie Causey Price, Bonnie Fick and Rachael Causey. He also has 7 surviving grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Monday, November 24, 2014 at Socastee Freewill Baptist Church - 8299 Hwy 707 Myrtle Beach, SC 29588

Corley, Ina - Florence  
Ina Rabon Corley January 5, 1923 - November 24, 2014 Florence, SC Ina Rabon Corley, 91, of Florence, SC, died on Monday, November 24, 2014, at McLeod Hospice House. Born in Aynor, SC, to the late Joseph Isaiah and Ellen Floyd Rabon, she was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, H.W. Corley, Sr; five brothers; three sisters; and daughter-in-law, Cathy Casey Corley. Ina graduated valedictorian of Socastee High School in Myrtle Beach, SC, and went on to graduate Business College in Columbia, SC. She later became a wife, mother and homemaker and worked alongside her late husband for 35 years as secretary of the family-owned and operated Southeastern Prosthetic Dental Laboratory in Florence, SC. Ina was a faithful member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, where she served her Lord through her Sr. Adult Sunday School class, The Betty Mears Mission Group, The Triple L Club, and ministered to shut-in members. A devout Christian, whose hope was in Jesus Christ, Ina loved God's Word and enjoyed reading Christian novels. Her family describes her as being a tender-hearted, kind and compassionate wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She loved her Savior, family and friends, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Survivors include her three daughters, Sandra (Danny) Keefe, Barbara (Mike) Spears, Carol (David) Greene; two sons, Butch (Cathy) Corley, Sammy (Emily) Corley of Florence, SC, 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. The family will be receiving friends on Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at noon at Ebenezer Baptist Church, with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Burial will follow at Florence National Cemetery directed by Waters-Powell Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to McLeod Hospice House, PO Box 100551, Florence, SC 29502.

Cox, John  
John Irdell Cox December 19, 1934 - November 25, 2014 North Myrtle Beach John Irdell Cox, 79, died Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at his residence. He was born December 19, 1934 in Horry County, a son of the late Thomas Wilson and Lillian Young Cox. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Elwin Cox and two sisters, Lillian P. Barnes and Terry E. Santos. John was co-owner of the Biscuit Shack in Cherry Grove for thirty-five years. He served twenty years in the US Navy, with three tours of duty in Vietnam. John was also a police officer for North Myrtle Beach for several years. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing. John will be remembered by his family and friends as being a loving and caring father, grandfather, brother and friend. Mr. Cox is survived by one son, John I. Cox Jr. (Tammy) of Georgetown; two daughters, Cindy Rockey (Mike) of Myrtle Beach and Sheena Cox Kennedy (Danny) of Conway; two brothers, Thomas R. Cox (Andy) of Conway and Danny C. Cox (Nancy) of MD; two sisters, Drucilla Ann Branton (John) of Conway and Kim A. Besh of NC; nine grandchildren, Tristan J. Cox, Stephanie R. Jeffers, April K. Herring; Daniel S. Kennedy, Brittany K. Rhodes (Ben), Shawn T. Kennedy , Jordan M. Kennedy, Anna K. Crosby and William B. Crosby Jr. (Bethany); seven great grandchildren and many other family and friends who will miss him. The family will receive friends at Watson Funeral Services Friday, November 28, 2014 from 6pm until 8pm. Funeral Services will be held 11am Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Pine Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Roger Black officiating. Burial will follow at Graham Cemetery. Cranford Jr., Lonnie C.  
Lonnie C. Cranford, Jr. Myrtle Beach Lonnie Clayton Cranford, Jr. age 84, died Friday, October 31, 2014 at his residence. Born in High Point, NC, he was the son of the late Edna Pope and Lonnie Clayton Cranford, Sr. Mr. Cranford was a U.S. Air Force veteran having served in North Africa. He retired from Burger King after 30 years as District Manager for areas in both North and South Carolina. In his retirement, Mr. Cranford was an avid fisherman at Springmaid Pier. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Cranford. Survivors include a niece, Julie Monroe of Burlington, NC ;2 nephews, Jim Mitchell of Charlotte, NC and Bob Mitchell of Cary, NC; 5 great nephews and 4 great nieces. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Beach Chapel.
