Mrs. Margaret Lillian Zellmer, 90, died Sunday, February 27, 2011 at her home following an illness. Born August 24, 1920 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of John Schwedes and Mammie Perigoey Schwedes. Mrs. Zellmer retired as a quality control inspector from Proctor Silex Company and was of the Catholic Faith.
Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Lee Bosch and friend, Larry Ray; her son, Louis Edward Zellmer and fiance?, Debbie; and many loving grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Zellmer was predeceased by her husband, Herbert Randolph Zellmer; two sons, John Herbert Zellmer and Frederick Evans Zellmer; daughters-in-law, Robyn Jean Zellmer and Carole Zellmer; two brothers, John and Frederick Schwedes; and her sister Mary Kiester.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2011 at the Hardwick Memorial Chapel with committal services following at Twin City Memorial Gardens. Reverend Jeff Wallace will officiate services. Visitation will be Thursday, March 3, 2011, from 2 until 3 p.m., at Hardwick Funeral Home. The family would like to extend a sincere "Thank You" to everyone at Incare Home Health & Hospice and would ask that memorials be made to Incare Hospice at 4685 Hwy. 17 South Bypass, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
