Therese L.S. Rockall
Little River
Therese L.S. Rockall, 83, died at Brightwater Nursing Home on Tuesday, January 3, 2012.
Born on June 27, 1928 in Montreal, Canada, she was the only daughter of Walter and Jeanne Longval.
Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Alan Rockall, and her four much loved children, son, Bruce Lynn Servello (Jackie) of Oklahoma; daughter, Tanya Louise Lesvesque (Roger) of Connecticut; sons, Steven Gregory Servello and James Christopher Servello, also of Connecticut. Grandchildren include Tabitha Kurofsky (Larry), Erika, Christian and Patrick Servello, Alyson and Jarrod Lesvesque and Christopher James Servello and two great grandchildren, Ethan and Olivia Kurofsky.
Therese's career included modeling child and adult fashions in her teens, then touring as a vocalist in a 16 piece orchestra in the New England area. Later, she was a partner in a photography business while living in Florida and California before returning to the east coast.
She loved music, played the piano and loved all animals, especially cats. She was a gracious, forgiving and loving person who made friends easily. Therese will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
Memorials may be made to Mercy Care Hospice of Myrtle Beach, 3216 Devon Court, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572.

To Alan & family,

My deepest sympathy. Therese was a great lady; fun to be with. I had the pleasure of her company when I joined the "Glitzy Reds" Red Hat group. (WE were smoking buddies then) and would sit next to one another at club functions.

I'll keep the memories in my heart. Rest in peace Terese.
