Wendy Allison Blythe, 53, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2013. Born on September 1, 1960 in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of Winfield E. Kinney III and Bobbie A. Niswonger Kinney of Englewood, Ohio.
Wendy's sparkling blue eyes and contagious smile touched the lives of every person she met. Her inner beauty was reflected through her passion to serve others. Her soul was drawn to the ocean, a respite from her daily struggles. It was there she felt God's peace and strength through His majestic creation.
In addition to her parents, Wendy is survived by her husband, Michael A. Blythe; her daughter, Ashley Nicole Martin of Myrtle Beach; two sisters, Sherie L. Kinney-Cushing and her husband, George Cushing of Whitefield, ME and Linda S. Kinney Krumm and her husband, Gary of Englewood, OH and one brother, John C. Kinney and his wife, Jamila of Chicago, IL.
A celebration of Wendy's life will be held Thursday, September 26th at 5:30 p.m. at McMillan-Small Funeral Home with Reverend Jeff Dunn officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service until 7:30 p.m.
