Mrs. Nancy Carol Jett Morgan, 65, of Hanover, Ind. died Friday, July 5, 2013 at Thornton Terrace Health Campus, Hanover, Ind.

She was born October 26, 1947 in Carrollton, Ky. to Thomas E. & Delphine Craig Jett
She is survived by two sons, Steve Long and his wife, Carrie of Versailles, Ky. and Jason Long and his wife, Valerie of Milton, Ky.; her mother, Delphine Craig Jett of Lexington, Ind.; her brother, Donald Tomlinson and his wife, Paulette of Bedford, Ky.; two sisters, Brenda Lynch of Greenwood, Ind. and Pat Cooper and her husband, Darryl of Miami, Fla.; her grandchildren: Alyssa, Cadence, Kinsten, Adelee and Violet; several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas E. Jett.
Nancy entered this life on October 26, 1947 in Carrollton, Kentucky. She was the loving daughter of the late, Thomas E. and Delphine Craig Jett. She was a 1966 graduate of Southwestern High School. Nancy was united in marriage to Paul Morgan and he passed from this life in March 2010. She resided in Kissimmee, Florida for several years moving back to Jefferson County in 2005. She was employed with Marble Hill Nuclear Project for several years as a secretary. She had last worked as a court reporter with the Jefferson County Courthouse in Madison for several years. Nancy was a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking and watching the cooking network, working crossword puzzles and watching movies.
Services were held Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre in Madison, Ind. officiated by the Rev. J.D. Traylor with Interment at the Bedford Cemetery in Bedford, Ky.
The family requests memorials in memory of Nancy to the St. Jude Children's Research, contribution cards are available at the funeral home.
