"Mickey" always was devoted to helping others. He retired as Captain in the Albuquerque Fire Dept.& as this quote from their condolence states: "He served honorably in the: United States Army for 27 years. Allen was a top noch Fire Inspector and Arson Investigator". I was always proud that he was my brother & I will miss him dearly.

Audrey & family.
Of all the good, and accurate descriptions of Mickey, let me add that his respect and love for his Uncle Henry was a source of strength and enjoyment from Mickey's senior year in high school until the day Henry died in 1998. In a way, it's like the last little piece of my dad just departed. God bless all of you.

Allen will be missed by all that knew him. His services to his country, fellow veterans and community have reached and will continue to reach people from all walks of life. Many who have benefited or will benefit from his endless unselfish efforts and dedication will have never known him, but that is the man Allen will always be to me, the one who did things not for personal gain or recognition, but just because it was the right thing to do. Thank you for everything Allen, your boots will...
