“We have lost one of our closest friends and mentor, we called her Grandmother! She will be forever in our hearts. She knew how to let us grow so we could make her proud, she always knew what to say to make everything better, but on the other hand she knew what to say to engage us in debate! She loved everyone with such passion. Everyone who knew her loved her for her humor and kind heart. I love you Grandmother and miss you more than I can express in words!
“When I first met Bette, I knew I was in the presence of a very vibrant lady. She left a mark on my life. The outstanding memory of her will be her great love of family, John, her sons and her grandchildren. She loved all her friends especially Paul and Lolly. I think that she is in Heaven talking about Texas! God bless her and all of her family. Our loss is Heavens gain. She will be missed.
“Bette was a very special person. Sending our love and prayers to John and Family.
