“Mrs. Mills was one of the nicest and most caring ladies I have ever met. Whenever I would see her walking on Boonesboro Road she always stopped and we had a good conversation. Both of our families were close friends when we were growing up in Lynchburg. We also had some great times in their basement on Lexington Drive. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family.
