I learned only recently of Bruce's passing when I referred a former colleague to him. Bruce would routinely connect with me (as he did with so many others in the market research industry) to share and speak and listen. I know I write for many others that he is and will be missed. His contributions are many, as are the positive outcomes he created for a multitude of families.
