A Tour of the Master's Work

Keeping the vigil in Sydney Australia. I always hoped that my Uncle Chuck would come and visit us here - we talked about it many times. On the morning that I heard that he had left the Northern Hemisphere, there were many rainbows in the sky, so maybe he did visit us on his way through, I like to think so.

My sister Ann has already shared many memories, and I have a few to add. Uncle Chuck was the ultimate modern and exotic man to me when I was growing up, he went to work on...

John,Tim, Peter, Michael, and Melissa
your dad will be sorely missed. I didn't know him long but he was a joy to talk to, with interesting and funny stories and that dry wit that seems to be in the Treanor genes.
My thoughts & prayers are with you all

I will be forever grateful for your many kindnesses. You were a wonderful friend and will be greatly missed.

It was a pleasure to have known you.
A true gentleman.
Safe journey home.

Kevin and Peggy Lyons

Such a truly gentle, kind and brilliant man. You would see him in his office always working hard, but he always took time to greet you with a great smile and kind word. A true professional with a brilliant scientific mind. Cornell/Calspan was blessed to have a man of his caliber on the team for so many years. Rest in peace.
Joni Hensley Waldmiller Williams

A wonderful man and a great scientist, he will be sadly missed.

Uncle Chuck
My Cary Grant – that handsome man – whether serving highballs and cooking prime rib in his dress shirt and slacks or grilling steaks and corn in his blue bathing trunks.

A refrigerator full of pop we could get ourselves, a pool table in the basement and a pachinko machine - a real pool you could swim in for those 8 really hot days in Buffalo. He wouldn't make you get out. Your Mom or Dad had to do that.

New Year's Day was at Uncle Chuck's – we'd see...

A true Hibernian, loyal to the Cause, and gentle of the heart-one of our best-he will be missed.
