Not sure what to say?

It has been 10 years and not a day goes by that I don't think of you. The pain of losing you is just as sharp today as it was that awful night when I got the phone call that you were gone. My saving grace is that time and memories help dull the sadness of you being absent from our lives. I have never met a more pure heart than yours, Cory, and I don't think I ever will. You were not perfect. You made mistakes, but the one thing about that, for me, is your graciousness. If you were were wrong,...

Schuster Family,
I have known Cory for about 7-8 years, going back to our days in college. I met Cory through our business fraternity, and am so thankful for that. We had such great times together at the Univ of Iowa - he made friends so easily. After college (in 2002), I came to work for Northern Trust and Cory was on the top of our list for who we wanted to come join the bank the following year. Cory was a born leader and an exceptional person, and that was evident with all who knew...

The definition of friend, fun, and laughter was and still is Cory Schuster. He lit up everything he came in contact with. He still lights up my day because i know he's working hard in heaven to make all of our days here worth while. I just miss him so much. Thanks for being you Cory. My heart goes out to the entire schuster family. You raised perfection that will never leave our hearts, thoughts, and prayers

Cory made an uncomfortable room a high school reunion. He defined the words fun, friendship, and laughter. I can't explain how much i miss him and can't wait to see him over the holidays. I can't do that anymore and it tears me up. I know heaven is brighter and more perfect than ever because he is there. I miss you so much Cory. You're in my heart forever.

though i didn't keep in touch after high school, i remember lots about Cory and his smile and his bright eyes, I will miss him very much.........i hope the best for his family and morn his sad passing with them, so does my dad and Cory's family pastor in high schol

To the Schuster family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. I worked with Cory at Northern Trust and also at City Year. It is truly rare to find someone with such talent, kindness and humor. Cory's dedication and commitment to everything he did will always be an inspiration to all of us who knew him.

My thoughts are prayers are with the Schuster family on the loss of Cory. I knew Cory through Delta Sigma Pi at Iowa and I remember him as a very caring, enthusiastic and friendly person. He will be missed greatly.

Your thoughts & prayers to the family of Cory are really helping in this time of greiving. I am overwhelmed at the number of lives that Cory touched. Cory left this a better place and His influence will live on. Thanks again.
Cory's grandpa.
