Pastor Bill helped me through a horrible time in my life, he will be missed dearly. He was always enriching his mind to grow closer to Our Lord.

I HAVE BEEN HELPING PASTOR BILL WITH HOUSE WORK FOR A LONG TIME AND I WILL MISS HIM ALOT. I REMEMBER LOU ALSO WHAT WONDERFUL PEOPLE THEY ARE.WOW COULD HE QUOTE THE BIBLE.HE TOLD ME ONE TIME WHEN I COULDNT SLEEP DONT COUNT SHEEP QUOTE BIBLE VERSES THAT START WITH THE ALPHABET,STARTING WITH A . I DO NOW AND WIIL ALWAYS REMEMBER HIM WHEN I CANT SLEEP.HE WAS A MAN WHO LOVED GOD AND KNEW THAT GOD LOVED HIM.MAY GOD BE WITH ALL HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY AT THIS TIME AND ALWAYS.MY PRAYERS ARE WITH...

I have fond memories of Dr. Howard as a young boy at 1st Christian Church in Norfolk. My parents were very close friends of his. I am deeply saddened by his death. I remember him as a very kind man with a great sense of humor. May God bless his soul and allow him eternal peace. My condolences go out to members of his family.
