Not sure what to say?

Jim,
So sorry for your loss. I met you mother that one time we took your band to Florida and I remember how lovely she was in features and in actions. God bless you and your family in this time of adjustment. Christmas won't be as wonderful as past ones, but you have your memories that will keep you going until you meet again. God bless you.
Chris

Suzanne, Jim, and Bob,

Your mother was a dear, sweet lady. I'll always remember her kindness to me when I moved to Florida. I wish I could be there for the service, but my thoughts and prayers are with you.
