Dale E. Urbain

Not sure what to say?

I'll not only always remember Mr. Urbain as a great teacher at Nicollet Jr. High but also as a caring, thoughtful, and kind person. Mr. Urbain took an interest in all of his students and made a major difference for many of us - showing us how to succeed and not being afraid to fail. I for one owe my successes in life to teachers like him. Thank you and God Bless!

We are so honored to have known Dale. We already miss him and are praying for Doris.

You crossed the final finish line and God knows that you won!

Dale ran with endurance, the race that God set before him. He kept his eye on Jesus from whom Dale drew his strength. I can only hope I have half the strength of faith and heart that Dale did and can finish as strong as Dale. The world lost a great man but the Lord has a strong soldier in his army
God Bless Dale, you will be missed.

We knew Dale (and Doris) as the next generation couple that Bonnie and I always hoped to catch one day at the 5K to Marathon races. This little clip from the charities race says it all: " Men 70-74
Dale Urbain, 73, Bloomington, MN 22:35 Challenge Arthritis, 9/1/07
(Old Record: Dale Urbain, 72, Bloomington, MN 23:50 Challenge Diabetes, 7/15/06)"

The only one to break Dale's records was Dale. I'll be thinking of him this week when I do the Northern Lakes 10...

Oh Dale, Dale, Dale....You finally ran out of steam, but you ran the course!!! What an amazing, unassuming, loveable man you were...running a tight ship without an iron hand...the students and faculty at Nicollet loved you !!! My sincerest sympathies to your family and the multitude of friends you enjoyed! May the good and gracious Lord extend acceptance and comfort to all of us.

God bless one of the greatest persons that I have ever known. Dale was devoted to everyone in his life and to everything that he did. Truly an inspiration to all that were lucky enough to have known him.

May your faith, the love of family and friends, guide and strengthen you at this difficult time. Love Margie & Don
