For five years I’ve missed you, our Sunday morning conversations about the weather, recipes, food, family, hobbies. A beautiful start to the week. Life has changed, good and bad, but all of your uniqueness lives on in my heart and I cling to it whenever I need your strength. Love you always my dear big brother.

I'm very sorry to hear of Dan's passing. We knew each other from working in a small industrial park in Hardyston, NJ many years ago. Last time I saw him he was proudly showing me the knives he started to craft, wish I could have afforded one. Many good conversations about guns, bikes and politics. Always interesting when we ran into each other, wish it was more often, he will be missed.

DG,
We shared many things over the years; family, political views, common interests, and of course, we grew up enjoying family picnics, Pop's garden and Nana's cooking and later on, things like shooting together, talking guns and tractors. Once you relocated to Glover, I looked forward to our regular phone calls, exchanging short cryptic e-mails in CAPS, many thermometer pics of sub-zero temperatures and the several unforgettable visits to your perfectly befitting place and you to ours...

My dear brother, my only brother. You saw the beauty in everything. You savored life's precious moments. You loved immensely in your own way. You lived on your terms. You will always be in my heart. Beautiful memories of you and moments shared I will carry forever, until we meet again.

Dan I will miss our Friday outings at various restaurants ,where we both talked about current events. We spent hours just talking and having a good laugh. I will miss the times we spent at each other's house. You were truly a very good craftsman and a very good friend. I think the eating establishments will be lost without both of us together. Rest In Peace My Dear Friend
