Not sure what to say?

I knew Dave from through the game of tennis. He was a smart man, a kind man, and a good man.

The best teachers change lives, no matter what subject they are teaching. My wife was a tennis student of Dave's, and he changed her life dramatically. We will both miss him.

I went to grade school with Dave. Played soft ball with him in alot across the street where I lived. He was always a nice person. His family are in my prayers. I know he is missed so much by family and friends.

Dave was a bright soul whose light will shine on my path for years to come. Thank you for sharing your quiet gentle wisdom with me.

I knew Dave from Westside Athletic Club. It saddens me very much to find out that he passed away.

I first met Dave in the 1970's when I was playing high school tennis in Nashville. When home for visits over the next thirty years, I often played tennis at Westside Racquet Club and would encounter Dave on an adjoining court. From under the brim of the big straw hat always came some modest critique, a helpful hint, with that special gentle touch of humor. Coach ...... I know how you will be missed.

Dave was a blessing in my life. He was a kind, loving, teacher and friend. He was considered a 2nd father to me and many others. I will miss him dearly. Dave's "listening" skills and compassion for others truly set him apart. Those who knew Dave were extremely fortunate for the time they shared with him. May all of Dave's family find peace and strength through wonderful memories of this very special man.

A loving man with such a full life. Sending the family continued love, peace, and warm memories always.

Been praying for you and your family Rachel! So sorry! Glad he is home and not in pain.
