Not sure what to say?

RIP Master Chief!! I never never served with Dave when he was in the Navy, I'm just a retired Navy Senior Chief who had the great pleasure to have worked with him at both Avenal & Pleasant Valley. Will see you When I cross the Quarter Deck and request permission to come aboard at Heavens Gate. My prayers to your family & the many close friends you left behind.

I so enjoyed working with you at Avenal and again around you at Pleasent Valley. I one thing that stuck in my mind, was the way you would talk about a show on T.V then say "it's on NBC the Peacock Channel".

My thoughts, prayers and love go out to all the Lowas Family. The Island Family has lost another good one.

Our prayers go out to your family, sgt lowas will be greatly missed, enjoyed his IST classes at PVSP, always held your attention in class, god bless

Dear Lowas Family, we were saddened to hear of Dave's passing. He was a kind and generous man. I bought my first horse (Frekles) from Dave & Bonnie and they included me in their riding activities. Those were good times. Dave will be missed by all who knew him. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Your time for rest has come Dave, in time we will be with you again, till then you will never be forgotten

I love you big brother, rest in peace. Give the folks and my sisters a big hug from me !

I first met kra kra Sharon when she was best friends with my kra kra daughter Melissa. Then unknowingly I worked with officer Lowas who became sergeant Lowas. He was always kind - always a gentle smile - never a harsh word. He respected everyone & everyone respected him. Your father Sharon was an exceptional man and God chose him to be your daddy. He helped everyone who needed help. I picture your daddy propping his foot on a table, elbow on knee, smoking a cigarette and smiling. Gosh...

We LOVE AND MISS YOU DAVE.
