I can hardly remember a time where I did not know Dick Fulford. My family moved to Gulf Breeze in 1974 and it was apparent even to an eight-year-old boy that Mr. Fulford was a leader in the community.
As the years have passed I have had the privilege of getting to know the Fulfords even better through the church as well as other professional settings.
I am a better man for having known Dick Fulford. He will be missed by all.
