“I am so saddened to hear of the loss of Dr Delicata. He found the rare disease that ate my hearing bones. I am so sad to say I just heard of his passing. My hear felt condolences go out to his family and friends.
Of course I remember - Dino thought a lot of you. We all miss him so much - he truly had that 'special something' that allowed him to make such deep connections with so many. He genuinely loved talking to people and taking care of them. Take care, Krista
“Hi Krista, it's Casandre ....I worked at the clinic doing facials...remember?
Anyway, last night I had a dream with Dino in it. This morning checking my emails ....there was your post. God Bless you and Dino...he was an Ace.
“Thank you to all who left messages on this site, sharing memories and relaying heartfelt messages. It has meant more than you know ~Krista
“I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Delicata's passing. I just found out and am so sorry I missed everything. To the Delicata family, I wish to express to you my sincere condolences and want you to know what a great man he was. When I was 2 years old, my mom realizes that I couldn't hear anything. She took me to Dr. Delicata's office and he diagnosed me as being 80% deaf. He put tubes in my ears and fixed my hearing. I am 31 years old now and have had NO problems. Dr., I thank you for everything...
“I am very sorry I didn't know of Dr. Delicata's passing until now.
He was a very caring and compassionate Doctor and I considered him a true friend.
He will be missed deeply. My condolences to his family.
“I just saw Dino's obituary in Bostonia magazine. Dino and I were members of the President's Hosts at Boston University and served together giving tours of the University during those turbulent times in the early '70s. I will always remember Dino as a bright, energetic, and dedicated college student who was destined for success. It is heart-warming to read all the kind thoughts of former patients and friends and confirms that Dino did achieve that success both professionally and personally.
“Kindness, Love and Caring was the light that Dino shed in this world. No doubt that he's with the angels looking at us still....with that infectious smile and love for us all.
Miss you Dino,
“I was in Florida recently and played Golf with a retired Doctor from Chicago . We were talking and I mentioned that my highschool friend had been a Doctor there and just passed away. He asked who it was . I said Dino Delicata . He said immediately " I had him as an intern . He was a wonderful man" we spent the rest of the round talking about Dino. I enjoyed that so much . Small world and further evidence that Dino will not be forgotten.
