Not sure what to say?

Dr. Chodrow was the best professor ever. He was always there to offer encouragement and support (I know I used up his entire supply of "Encouragement Pills" - those little hard candies he kept in a jar - during my four years there at JMU. I'll never forget the life lessons he taught me. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing.

Dr. Chodrow & Phillip,
I was so sorry to hear this news! My prayers are with you all during this difficult time. I know your husband will be missed.

Ruth--We just heard about Don. Please accept our deepest condolences

I knew Don from Junior High School 143 (Bronx), and the Bronx High School of Science, where we were classmates. I just learned of his passing from an e-mail from the 50th reunion committee of Bronx Science HS. I am most sorry to hear of this, but also glad to learn more about Don's family, and successful career.

Dr. Chodrow was an amazing teacher who could make complex topics understandable. He was one of the most intellectually gifted people I have ever encountered. He was a key figure in helping me decide my future when I was at JMU.

Chodrow was one of the most influential teachers in my life. I will consider myself successful if I end up being even half as prominent as he was.
My condolences to his family, friends, and students.

Dear Ruth and Phillip, I am so sorry to hear of Don's passing. I have the fondest memories of you all. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

"Ms Gayle"-Philip's pre-school teacher at Bears and Blankets

I am so sad to hear of Dr. Chodrow's passing. I was among his first students at JMU and I still recall his dedication and enthusiasm. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Dear Dr. Chodrow and family,
My cousin, Janet Botkin, and I would like to extend out deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Sincerely, Linda Clatterbaugh
