Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear about Don and wanted you to know that he will be missed by his friends at the Roanoke Valley Volleyball Association. Don has been part of our group for quite some time and played many a game with me. This old guy is going to miss him ! Greg Grimes

Very sorry to hear about Don's passing and prayers to all the family. We enjoyed many good times together through Oak Grove Elem and Andrew Lewis. Lot's of fun driveway basketball games and golf at Hidden Valley. Don will be missed by all who knew him.

Sly was a dear, sweet and very talented man that will be greatly missed.

I wish your sons, family and friends well.We all will miss you.

This is for Tom, Steve, Kendall and Trevor: I am so sorry about Don's passing. May God comfort you in this time of sadness.

I met Don when I used to take gymnatics from his father George. We played volleyball for years together and as opponents. I am saddened to hear of his death. He was always such a kind and wonderful friend. My sympathy goes out to all his loved ones.

I remember Don from high school,. All these years later I still recall how he stood up for me when a jerk in Biology class was bullying me. I haven't seen or talked to him since graduation, but I will always remember him. RIP Don.

So very sorry to hear of Don's passing. He will be missed on the volleyball courts!

So sorry to hear about Don. I have very fond memories of Don since growin up down the street from him. From Oak Grove to Andrew Lewis.
