Not sure what to say?

Mark & Family:
We are so sorry for your loss and only saw it this am. My, what wonderful memories we have of your Dad and Mother. So very, very many fun times - and yes, also sad ones. First and foremost, they were dear friends that will always be cherished.

May God bless you, your family, and your Mother and Dad.

Mark and family, We are sorry to learn of your father's illness and death. We didn't know Don but through the years have heard nothing but good things about him. Losing a parent is one of life's real challenges and we will pray for you as you go forward. God Bless, Donna (Hansen) and Sherwin Stene

Don touched so many, he will truly be missed.

We feel blessed to have known such a remarkable person as Don Purdy. Over the years we have had the privilege of having several conversations with Don and each encounter was a pleasure.

Daughters of the American Revolution pays a tribute & deepest gratitude to Donald Purdy for the sacrifice he made for our country.

My mother called from Avoca to let me know that Don has passed away. I knew Don my entire career. When he was with Henry Meyer Don conducted the funerals for my grandfather, uncle, and a host of other CB relatives. Over the years our paths took different directions, but for many years Don would attend my seminars that I gave for the funeral directors at Iowa Western CC. Don was a outstanding funeral director, and I always knew that he loved being a funeral director. Don was very detail...

Don was a very well respected person and Optimist. A great example to all Optimists. Don you are one of God's many blessings!!! God Bless!

To the family of Don Purdy,
Don was a well respected man. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers during this sad time.
