Stephanie my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am so sorry for your loss.

Stephanie, I am so sorry for your loss. He was always laughing and smiling and involved with bring your kids to work day. He was sadly missed when he left the court house and I know he touched so many lives. My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

To Don's family,

We hadn't seen Don in many years, but we always remembered what a sense of humor he had. He played in a band with Ray. May God bless him and his family. We will remember you all in our prayers.

Stephine, sorry for your loss. I have found memories of Officer Tullio working with you both at the courthouse. Love and prayers Carol Simon-Murphy (from Joan Cannon's old office group)

Mike and family
Many great memories of your father from our days working together in Northfield. He taught me a lot about how to deal with people and was always fun to work with. He was a great Police officer and will be sorely missed.

Jim Pullan

To the entire Tulio Family,

Don brightened many a day for many people, including me. He'll always be remembered and never really be gone because his sharp wit and humor is a part of all of you. God bless and as many say on these pages, "thank you Don."
