Not sure what to say?

Dear Eileen,
I was sorry to receive Sally's note about Duane's death. We shared the common bond of having married into the Concord House family. How grateful we are for the shared memories of those in that group. Please know that you and your loved ones are in my prayers at this tender time.

Dear Aunt Eileen, Jim, Amy and Jane, our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Uncle Duane was a good man with a wonderful sense of humor. My fondest memories are of the teasing he and I passed back and forth. Our families shared some great times. He will be missed. I hope you all find comfort in your memories and know that you will be with him again one day.

I am deeply sorry to hear of Duanes' passing. We grew up together a few blocks apart and played together as kids, including football when he was our leading Captain. May God be with him and his family and I wil always remember the "Duke".
Jim & Judy Cohen

Our deepest sympathy to Duane's family. Although we had only known Duane for two short years, it seemed much longer than that. He had been a fine neighbor and friend. We will miss him, his positive outlook on life and seeing him enjoying himself on his John Deere tractor doing yard work.

Dear Eileen and family,
Can't tell you what a shocker it was to see the obit. in the Gazette online. So very sorry for you all. I'm sorry I won't even be able to attend my e-mail buddy's services because I'm at Mayo for another 3 weeks with my daughter for her radiation & chemo treatments, but I'm there in spirit and prayer. Love and Hugs, Claudette

I'm so sorry to hear of Duane's( Duke) passing. My thoughts and Prayers are with you. Duane and some other of us kind of stuck together in school and we had good times.

Eileen we will miss Duanee terribly. Remembering all the fun times in Florida, the pool, watching the Red Wings together and playing Aggravation. We truly loved the "ole" boy. All of our family offers their deepest sympathy to you and your family.
Love and God Bless You,

Pat & Larry

Amy, I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers for you and your family

Eileen, Jane, Jim, Chris, Amy and grandkids -- please accept our condolences and know that you are in our prayers. Duane was a good man and always welcomed me when I would fish with him or come by with Jim. I am sure God has great things waiting for him. Be happy for him -- he is already in the embrace of Jesus, our Lord. I won't forget the date of his passing -- it is 27 years, to the day, since my mother passed away. God bless you all!
