On October 10, the Texas A&M University community lost a gentleman and a scholar, professor ET Adams, Jr. We his students fondly remember his excitement for his work, appreciation of the arts, elegant touches on our research papers, his genuine interest in teaching each individual, his open office door, wide smile, and welcoming home.
