Ed, or ol' Ed as he was to me and my family, changed my life when I met him. There will forever be a hole in my heart. we should all try to be a little like dr.liles. My friend Ed, you will be missed by all who had the pleasure of netting you.

Ed - a dedicated member of the science educators community. We served together teaching science in NEISD, however I was at MacArthur HS and saw his dedication and devotion to his students and colleagues. I was proud to be his colleague. I remember him best as a child of God as we mingled at Concordia Lutheran Church.

Dr. Liles made a lasting impact on many. My Buddies and I, L-1 Class of 07, are apart of the privileged individuals that got to know him as an Educator, Mentor, and Friend. Good Man, Great Aggie. He will be missed.

Mr. Liles was my teacher at Krueger so many many years ago. I have never forgotten him and how he always kept track of "his kids". I was so amazed when he showed up at our high school graduation and made a point to seek us out and tell us how proud we had made him. What a wonderful teacher he was!

I will truely miss the time we spent discussing the Aggies. Ed was a caring and hard working person that will be missed for his humor and dedication to educating students. One of a kind...
