Not sure what to say?

I did not know Ellie really, but I know she and my Granny, Janet Giefer, were close friends. They enjoyed summers on the Whitefish chain of lakes and shared a deep love for nature. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

I have fond memories of my Aunt Ellie. She was a very loving and gracous person. She is reunited with her husband and brothers now and I'm sure watching over everyone. My sincere condolences to Johnny, Peter and Martha. Love to you all!

Dear John, Peter and Martha,
Words cannot say how sad I am that your Mom passed away. What a wonderful woman she was! I feel blessed that she, as well as your Dad, were in my life. We are fortunate to have such great memories of all the times our families spent together. You know that she was welcomed with arms wide open by your Dad and my parents along with so many others! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
Much love,

My Prayers and thoughts to Ellie's family. I met Ellie 25 years ago and have been so blessed to call her my friend. I promise that we will continue to make sure her vision for Marian of Saint Paul continue. I know she will be watching over us. Thank you Ellie for all you have done.

It is because of Ellie Donovan that Marian Center was created and has become what it is today, a Catholic senior care and housing community. Thank you, Ellie, for being instrumental in establishing the values that guide our staff years later. You continue to inspire us to provide excellent care and meet the needs of our community's seniors.
